These Terms govern your use of Leadr, operated by Soulatics. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Leadr.
The service
Leadr helps you discover business leads, enrich them with public contact details, and place automated AI voice calls on your behalf. Features, limits and pricing may change as the product evolves. Leadr is currently in active development (beta) and provided “as is”.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account, your credentials and all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Leadr.
Trials, billing & refunds
Paid plans may start with a free trial. After the trial, your plan renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Call minutes and add-ons (such as phone numbers) may be billed based on usage. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use & compliance
You are solely responsible for how you use Leadr and for complying with all applicable laws — including telemarketing, do-not-call, calling-hours, recording-consent and data-protection rules in the regions you contact. You must have a lawful basis to call the people you target, disclose the use of an AI agent where required, and honour opt-out requests. You may not use Leadr for fraud, harassment, spam, or any unlawful or deceptive purpose.
Your data & content
You retain ownership of the leads, content and data you bring to or create in Leadr. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Leadr is provided without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee specific results, lead quality, call outcomes, uptime or that the service will be error-free. Any performance figures shown on our site are illustrative.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulatics and Leadr will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Leadr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to us.
